I pride myself in offering a compassionate and holistic approach to providing advice and signposting for all aspects of life from a biopsychosocial spiritual perspective. 

I can offer face to face sessions in a private room near Northampton town centre, or in Wootton, Northampton, at a mutually agreeable time. I can also offer online or telephone therapy which can allow more flexibility.
